1. Introduction

Welcome to Elion, a mobile application designed to assist users in crafting engaging messages for distant conversations. By downloading or using Elion (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. Description of the Service

Elion offers the following core features:

  • Suggestions for messages to send based on screenshots of conversations provided by the user.
  • Suggestions for messages based on situations described by the user.
  • Recommendations for opening messages to initiate conversations.

The App operates on a subscription-based model with a weekly fee of €5.99 (or an equivalent price in other currencies), including a free 3-day trial period.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • The weekly subscription fee is charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the Play Store or App Store settings.
  • Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the policies of the Play Store and App Store. Elion does not directly process refunds.

4. Free Trial

  • A free trial of three (3) days is available for all new users.
  • If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial period, the user will be automatically charged the subscription fee.

5. Data Privacy

  • Elion does not collect or store personal data from its users.
  • Screenshots or other inputs provided by the user are processed within the App to generate suggestions but are not stored or shared with third parties.

6. Age Requirements

There are no age restrictions for using Elion. However, users are encouraged to ensure that the App’s purpose aligns with their personal preferences and legal requirements in their region.

7. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information when using the App’s features.
  • Use the App in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Avoid sharing or submitting content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elion is provided on an “AS IS” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App’s developers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Users can contact the Elion support team via the support section in the App settings for assistance or inquiries.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is offered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to the Terms

Elion reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
